Return Policy

30-Day Unopened Return Policy

At Imperial Scruff, we stand behind our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging

  • The product seal has not been broken

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@imperialscruff.com to initiate your return request

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions

  4. Ship your item back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit

  5. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@imperialscruff.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or defective items, the unopened requirement may be waived at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging

  • Items that show signs of use

Refund Process

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at contact@imperialscruff.com.

Product Satisfaction

If you've opened your product and are not completely satisfied with it, we still want to hear from you. While opened products don't qualify for our standard return policy, please contact us at contact@imperialscruff.com with your concerns. We value your feedback and may be able to offer alternative solutions or recommendations to improve your experience with our products.
