Shipping Methods and Timeframes

At Imperial Scruff, we want to ensure you receive your premium grooming products as quickly as possible. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (FREE)

  • Cost: FREE on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement

  • Processing Time: We strive to fulfill all orders within 1 business day

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size

Expedited Shipping Options

We offer several upgraded shipping options at checkout for customers who need their orders more quickly. Expedited shipping options and associated fees will be displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

  • We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories only

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time

Order Processing

  • We process all orders within 1 business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping Delays

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase

  • Imperial Scruff is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@imperialscruff.com

Package Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking information

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships

  • You can also find tracking information in your account under "Order History"

Delivery Confirmation

  • Standard and expedited shipments may require signature upon delivery, depending on the value of the order

  • If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up at a local facility

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with household members to confirm no one else accepted the package

  2. Check around your property and with neighbors where the package might have been left

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a missing package claim

  4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at contact@imperialscruff.com within 7 days of the indicated delivery date

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products

  2. Contact us at contact@imperialscruff.com within 48 hours of receiving the package

  3. Include your order number, description of damage, and photos

  4. We'll work with you promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (particularly November-December), processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery. Any holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
